On July 29, Nicolas Testé travels to Ménerbes to perform a new program, « Vivre ou Périr d’Amour », at the Théatre des Carrières with sopranos Diana Damrau and Lise Nougier, and conductor Debora Waldman leading the Orchestre national Avignon Provence. The program features some of the most beloved overtures, arias and duets by Mozart, Bellini, Mascagni, Puccini, Verdi, Bizet, Delibes, and Tchaikovsky.

Nicolas will be in Malta this weekend to record a concert with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra that will be broadcast on television at a later date.
He will be joined by his wife, soprano Diana Damrau, as well as Maltese mezzo-soprano Marvic Monreal and young baritone Charles Buttigieg. José Cura will lead the orchestra.
This production will feature as part of the MPO’s Online Programme. Release dates for online and TV distribution will be announced shortly on the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra’s website.

The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra’s concert on August 11 is a spectacular audio-visual production featuring Diana Damrau and Nicolas Testé under the baton of José Cura.
Filmed at the iconic Fort St. Elmo in Valletta, this online production features music from opera and musical theatre, from composers such as Gershwin, Bellini, Offenbach, Verdi, and Rossini among others. The star-studded line-up also includes young Maltese artists Marvic Monreal and Charles Buttigieg. Watch it on the MPO’s YouTube channel on August 11 at 9 pm CET/3 pm EDT. Grand Finale will also be broadcast on TVM on Friday 13th August at 9pm CET.
